Cellular and Internet Options for RVers

Back to Resources

Because most full-time RVers need to be able to work from the road, cell and internet connections are of utmost importance.

Most Full-Time RVers report using either Verizon, AT&T or a combination of the two for cellular and internet.

Verizon:  Beyond Unlimited and Above Unlimited plans offer more data usage before speeds start to slow down.

AT&T: TV Streaming is FREE and does not count toward your data usage.  For this reason, many choose to get a hotspot with AT&T.

Internet

Unlimited Leasing provides affordable internet access with no overage charge surprises. They allow you to use their grandfathered lines of service with the 2 major carriers (Verizon or AT&T) so you can enjoy affordable, unlimited 4G LTE plans that are no longer available anywhere in today’s marketplace.  Their “Red” plan uses Verizon’s network and costs $149/mo plus a one-time $99 charge for the hotspot.  Their “Blue” plan uses AT&T’s network and costs $139/mo plus a one-time $125 charge for the hotspot.  No contracts, no throttling.

Skyroam gives you unlimited data and fast secure WiFi connection across 130+ countries at one flat daily rate and the convenience of pay-as-you-go with no subscriptions. Pay $9/day or $99/month plus $149 for the device which can be purchased on Amazon.

Some RVers have told us they like to use a booster like the WeBoost.
